Annie what is Health History Session and why should I do it? Great question. Let me answer that!
Well first off… it is free! The worst that happens is a great chat with a cheerful ginger.
You fill out a health history form that gives me a look into what is going on in your health journey. Then we sit down/ or talk over the phone for a 50min session to review the information together. We chat, drink coffee ( If that is your thing ), and talk about your goals. When the session goes well, we then discuss ways I can walk the next stage of your health journey with you. I introduce you to what I have to offer and you see if it fits into your health goals!

3-Month Program

Bi-weekly 1:1 sessions with The Ginger Health Coach

Sessions are focused on the client’s goals and vision for their health journey

Can include individualized diet and lifestyle modifications

Meet twice a month for 3 months -6 sessions in total

Each session is 50 minutes and can be either in person or over the phone

We meet at a grocery store of your choice to review and explore ingredients, review food labels, and discuss the highest quality food for purchase
