How do I get my FREE session?

Annie what is Health History Session and why should I do it? Great question. Let me answer that!

Well first off… it is free! The worst that happens is a great chat with a cheerful ginger.

You fill out a health history form that gives me a look into what is going on in your health journey. Then we sit down/ or talk over the phone for a 50min session to review the information together. We chat, drink coffee ( If that is your thing ), and talk about your goals. When the session goes well, we then discuss ways I can walk the next stage of your health journey with you. I introduce you to what I have to offer and you see if it fits into your health goals!

Couching Opportunities

3-Month Program

  • Bi-weekly 1:1 sessions with The Ginger Health Coach

    • Sessions are focused on the client’s goals and vision for their health journey

    • Can include individualized diet and lifestyle modifications

  • Meet twice a month for 3 months -6 sessions in total

  • Each session is 50 minutes and can be either in person or over the phone

6-Month Program

  • Bi-weekly 1:1 sessions with The Ginger Health Coach​

  • Can include individualized diet and lifestyle modifications

  • Sessions are focused on the client’s goals and vision for their health journey

  • Meet twice a month for 6 months-12 sessions in total

  • Each session is 50 minutes can be either in person or over the phone

Additional Services 

  • Grocery store tours

    • We meet at a grocery store of your choice to review and explore ingredients, review food labels, and discuss the highest quality food for purchase

  • Pantry tours

    • An opportunity to look through the food in your home to review ingredient labels, discuss nutrition, and brainstorm meal options
